So this is pretty much my last ditch effort. I've been unable to transmog for about 5 years, ever since faction changing from alliance, to horde, and back to alliance. I've submitted countless tickets to Blizzard, who usually just asks me to delete my WTF folder. And now that they've overhauled their ticket system it's basically impossible.
